Highland Wi-Fi is a company from the Highlands of Scotland which is trying to enhance visitors' experience to our beautiful part of the world.
To this end, we are currently setting up a high speed broadband Wi-Fi network that covers hotels, hostels, campsites, towns and villages. Our outdoor Wi-Fi antenna systems have a range that covers parts of the villages of Dunvegan, Uig, Staffin, Ashaig, Kyleakin, Edinbane and Portree on the Isle of Skye.
We offer an unlimited high speed broadband internet access service at all locations with speeds varying between 3mb and 20mb download speeds and upload speeds varying between 224kbps and 832kbps. See www.highlandwifi.co.uk/sites for further details.
All the Highland Wi-Fi Public Hotspot network locations are compatible with each other, meaning that users can roam from site to site and be able to use the service with their purchased 'time' package.
